Patrick Flanagan
Founder & MD
Patrick has 20 years’ experience within financial services search recruitment. He set up Clarence George to offer a highly bespoke service to the Insurance & Investment markets and he is passionate about improving the levels of customer service in the industry. He graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast. He is a keen runner and recently completed his first 50k ultra marathon.
Emily Dodds
Head of Operations
Emily runs the operations side at Clarence George. She has over 20 years’ experience in the Insurance industry, initially as a non-Life actuary and more latterly as Underwriting Manager at a Lloyd’s Managing Agency. In her spare time, Emily is a keen runner, loves curling up with a good book, and is currently studying medical herbalism.
Finlay Edmonds
Senior Consultant
Fin is a Senior Consultant at Clarence George. He studied Environment, Economics and Ecology at the University of York. In his spare time, Fin likes to cook, read, try out new pubs and go to the gym. He also enjoys watching Tottenham play!
